Roof leaks can be caused by missing layers, gaps in the metal flashing around chimneys and vent pipes, or small holes in the roofing. The source of a leak often isn’t obvious on the roof itself, and it can be difficult to pinpoint. Lowflo offers both the leak detection service and the solution by voiding a full repair service.
Electronic integrity testing is often a condition of contract for many old and new roofs. Lowflo can test a roof and pinpoint where your leak is on new flat roofs and old flat roof systems (up to the maximum thickness of 26mm)
When testing is completed, Lowflo will provide clients with a detailed and photographic report outlining the location of defects to the membrane where it is a PVC Roof System, Asphalt or a Built-Up Bituminous Roof System.
Lowflo’s partner, Brennan Roofing are fully independent and can offer cost effective repairing of your roof areas.
Thermal Imaging is an extremely cost effective technique for evaluating the integrity of a wide range of roof systems.
Surface damage to the outer roof membrane can cause water to be absorbed into sub-surface insulation layers and can result in major structural damage or at the very least deterioration to any structure near the leak location.
A thermal Imaging survey will quickly locate any area where moisture is trapped. Knowing the exact location of the trapped moisture will confirm the leak location and determine the most effective remedy to apply to eliminate the leak.
Pinpointing these areas with an infrared camera will reduce on unnecessary spend repairs to other parts of the roof and will also help extend the life cycle of the roof.
Lowflo offer leak detection service on both swimming pool structures and associated pipework. Using a combination of the latest acoustic and trace gas technology, qualified divers and leak detection dyes we can both locate the leak location and also conduct the repair with or without digging up your pool area.
Lowflo will find that pool leak and reduce you water, heating and chemical costs accordingly. We also offer a concrete injection repair service should the need arise.
